Teenagers have no clue where they are and what to do when something happens. But they have the demand to have sex, take advantage of the life's pleasures. Nowadays everyone talks about sex , it's not an uncommon subject anymore, but still there are many people that even now don't talk to their children about sex and it's advantages and disadvantages. A teenager that has a home environment that doesn't let him to have sex and buy condoms, will most definitely make that teenager have unprotected sex. In order to establish a good communication , parents have to talk openly, without screaming or establishing limits. If the teenager wants to have sex, then he can do whatever he wants only if he knows what sex implies.

Teenage Pregnancy has increased considerably, because many teenage girls don't think and go with the moment. It's not ok to lose your mind when you have sex. Think before acting. Also, many of the teenagers nowadays, think that having sex is a very interesting thing. Well, sex is more than just pleasure. Teenage Pregnancy is due to the fact that many teenagers drink at parties and then have unprotected sex. Because they are not informed on this subject many don't know the symptoms of pregnancy and wake up one day with a baby inside.

Pregnancy at a young age will destroy that person's life. why? Well, because teenage years are for studying and having fun. A baby at this age will not only make girls quit school but also make them carry a big responsibility. There were also movies on this theme like Juno, a very interesting movie about a young girl that remains pregnant after having sex with a guy of her age. She prefers to keep the baby and give it for adoption. It's hard for a teenage girl to still go to school while she's pregnant and many can't afford to keep the baby and so they start working, instead of continuing her studies.

In order to avoid Teenage Pregnancy a good thing would be to make a very intensive instruction with teenagers nowadays. Talking about sex, makes it not such a big deal and takes the pressure of. When you are young you want to explore everything you haven't done, just like drogs and alcohol, sex is a very tempting thing. In the end, teenage pregnancy is due to lack of experience and unconsiousness.

As a conclusion, we have to take better care of our children. If the girl misses her period then, she has to have the courage to talk about this. If the parents are not understanding then she will do things on her own , and maybe it's going to be worst. Talking to your daughter means that she has someone on which she can lean when she is in trouble. If the pregnancy is detected in time, abortion is the best solution.
