There are also baby pills while being pregnant so that you are sure your baby is healthy. There can be many problems while being pregnant. The first few months are critical because in those months the baby forms and if you have any kind of problem , health problem then you might lose the baby, or so I have heard.

Some mothers prefer top take swimming lessons, a very fun and full of movement activity.

In the end, healthy pregnancy means altogether, taking care of yourself more than usual. There are many books and many websites on how to be healthy while being pregnant from which you can inform yourself. Also the doctor will tell you exactly what you are allowed to do while pregnant.
